Though this logo does evoke some of the calmness and cleanliness that The Home Crew’s service provides, we knew that it could be improved in two important ways. First, it could be made more memorable; second, it could be more sophisticated.
The brief
With her high standards of workmanship and customer service, it’s fairly easy for Frankie Taylor and The Home Crew to win their clients’ trust once they’ve worked with them.
Of course, before they get to that point, they must make a winning first impression for the clients to entrust them with their homes.
And that’s where good branding and the new logo comes in. It was up to our designer to make The Home Crew’s logo more likely to draw the eye of their upscale clientele, and create an aspirational, luxurious feel that would make them go, “I deserve something like this.”
Logomark
What better way to call to mind relaxation in one’s home, than with the image of a plush couch?
The choice of logomark not only immediately suggests the nature of the business, it also adds a great deal more memorability. After all, you may not remember one of the countless leaf logos you’ve seen out there, but you will remember the couch!
The sleek, curvy lines that make up the logomark in their classy gold colour keeps the logo looking elegant.
Stationery
